Postdoc/Laser Engineer Antihydrogen laser cooling, CERN, Geneva, Switzerland

The University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada) is looking for a postdoctoral researcher or laser engineer who will mainly stay at CERN (Geneva, Switzerland) to participate in the antihydrogen experiments at the ALPHA collaboration. One of the primary responsibilities of this position is the operation and maintenance of a 121nm VUV laser for the laser cooling and manipulation of antihydrogen/hydrogen. A researcher with a background in laser spectroscopy would be a good fit for this position.
