Users are invited by the facilities where they performed their research project, and travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed by this host facility. There is no registration fee.

Please contact your host facility if you want to present the results of your project at the user meeting!

How to get to Vilnius University: Vilnius International Airport is about 7 km south of the city of Vilnius. From the airport, there are bus connections to the city of Vilnius. Line 88 is going to the old town where the central building of the University is located (stop: Vokieciu st., 6 min walk to the University). Please, contact your host lab for the maximum accommodation allowance. Then, make a hotel reservation (near Universiteto st. 3, Vilnius) through your usual booking channels. Please, proceed with your reservation as soon as possible, as August is a popular touristic period.
