The Joint JRA meeting is intended to support exchanges on the results of the Laserlab JRA not only among the participants of the respective JRA, but among all Laserlab participants, inducing a leverage effect on the knowledge and know-how created within the different JRA and spreading it throughout the entire Laserlab-Europe community.

General programme:

Day 1 (March 31st): Venue: Hotel Novotel Warszawa Centrum

Invitations and agendas will be provided by the coordinators of the individual JRA.

18:00 – Dinner

Day 2 (April 1st): Venue: Military University of Technology (MUT). Transfer will be organized from Novotel to MUT.

Meeting time in the Novotel lobby: 7:50 am, bus leaves at 8 am.

Organization details:

- We expect one representative per participating lab per JRA. Travelling and living expenses of the participants are covered by individual JRA budgets.
- Laserlab members who are not involved in the JRAs are invited to send participants, in this case travelling and living expenses will be covered by Networking funds.
- Laserlab members can send participants to JRA meetings in which they are not directly involved, in this case travelling and living expenses will be covered by Networking funds.
- All interested participants should first contact the respective JRA coordinator who will prepare the programme of the individual JRA meeting and establish a list of participants.
