The meeting room is located in the MUT main building which is not open for public. Participants will be asked to provide personal details (name, date of birth and passport number) for the authorization procedure two weeks before the meeting.

Transport:

Bus transport will be provided from the IBIS hotel to MUT for the meeting participants on 18 April.

Public transport in Warsaw:
There is no direct connection with public transport from the aiport to MUT. There is a bus Nr 175 from the aiport to the city center. The bus is every 10 min. approx. The bus stop is located 50m from the exit from the arrival hall (see airport map). The ticket costs 3.80 Zloty. Tickets can be bought in small shops "Kiosk" in the arrival hall, from a vending machine at the bus stations or from a driver. The route of this bus from the airport to the city center is shown in the enclosed map. The distance is about 8km. Taxis:
Taxis in Poland cost about 50-60c per km. A taxi from the airport to MUT costs about 40 Zloty (10 Euro). A taxi from the airport to the city is approx. 20-30 Zloty, depending on the company (SUPER Taxi, ELE Taxi or MERC Taxi). The SUPER Taxi is the cheapest but the MERC provides the Mercedes cars. Please use only taxis provided by the licensed companies listed above (these taxis stop at the exit from the aiport arrival hall). Never use taxis that are offered by very kind gentlemen waiting for passengers in the arrival hall.
