The workshop is held under the scheme of the Laserlab Europe User Training School, which deals with time-resolved technologies of imaging and spectroscopy and their applications in physics, chemistry, medicine, biology and material sciences for potential users of Laserlab Europe network.

The focus of this Workshop will be on data analysis methods for charge particle imaging and spectroscopy. This will include a basic introduction into data acquisition, time-of-flight methods and velocity map imaging as well as special consideration for performing experiments with free-electron laser and high harmonic generation sources and for ultrafast measurements.

Programme

This three day workshop will consist of online lectures with question and answer sessions, followed by sessions dedicated to hands-on training. Participants will give a short (3 minute) flash presenation of their own research on the first day.

Speakers

- Rebecca Ingle, University College London
- Dusan Chorvat, International Laser Centre of CVTI SR, Bratislava
- Oleg Kornilov, Max Born Institute, Berlin
- Thomas Barillot, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne EPFL
