The Meeting and Accommodation are set in Cosener's House, Abingdon that occupies a picturesque Thames-side position in the grounds of the medieval Abbey of Abingdon, 9 miles from the Harwell Campus and 8 miles from Oxford.

Accommodation
Accommodation will be available on the evening of the 11th and 12th December and may be made available on request for the 13th December. Rooms at Cosener's House will be reserved by the local organisers when you indicate the requested dates in the registration form. If you do not plan to stay at Cosener's House but plan to make your own accommodation arrangements, please don't tick any dates.
Single en-suite room £75, Double/Twin £95 per night & breakfast.
Accommodation and travel will be paid for by the participants.
