Postdoctoral position available in laser spectroscopy at the University of Bochum, Germany

A postdoctoral research position in the field of laser spectroscopy is available at the department of Physical Chemistry II, University of Bochum, Germany.
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research position (m/f/d), which is available immediately or by negotiation. The candidate will be involved in challenging research projects in the framework of the excellence cluster RESOLV (, focusing on the investigation of solvation science. The project involves helium nanodroplet spectroscopy or non-linear THz spectroscopy - see our latest exciting results below:

The Ruhr-Universität Bochum is one of the leading research universities in Germany. The university draws its strengths from the diversity and the proximity of scientific and engineering disciplines on a single, coherent campus. At Ruhr-Universität Bochum, we wish to promote the careers of women in areas in which they are underrepresented and encourage female candidates to send us their applications. Applications of suitable candidates with disabilities are equally welcome.
