2 PhD positions in simulations of time-resolved X-Ray/XUV spectroscopy, Stockholm University, Sweden

Two fully funded 4 year PhD positions at Stockholm University are available at the earliest convenience. The project is embedded in a Marie Skłodowska-Curie training network [SMART-X] (www.smartx-itn.eu) including academic and non-academic partners engaged in both theoretical and experimental activities. The position requires 4 secondments with a total duration of at least 6 months in partner institutions within the network (outside Sweden).

We are looking for self-motivated candidates who are fluent in English and who are enthusiastic about working on theory projects that combine state-of-the-art chemistry, electronic structure calculations, quantum mechanics and physics.
