The hotels are located around Politecnico Campus at walking distance from Loreto, Piola, and Lambrate Metro Stations of the “Green Line”. Please make your reservations directly with the Hotels by e-mail mentioning that you are attending “LASERLAB POLIMI”. There are special rates for Politecnico visitors.

From Malpensa Airport:

To get to NH MilanoTouring

  • Malpensa Express Train to Cadorna Station (last stop); then by subway “Green line” (direction Cologno-Gessate), change at Centrale to the “Yellow line” (direction San Donato) and get off at Repubblica
  • Shuttle Bus to Central Railway Station (last stop); subway “Yellow line” (direction San Donato) and get off at Repubblica

Financial information:

  • We expect one representative per participating lab per JRA. If justified, additional representation is welcome. All participants are welcome to attend both the Laserlab III and IV parts of the programme.
  • For participants representing their labs involved both in Laserlab III and IV JRA meetings, travelling and living expenses are covered by individual JRA budgets in Laserlab III.
  • For participants representing their labs only in Laserlab IV JRA meetings, travelling and living expenses will be covered by Laserlab III Networking funds.
  • Laserlab members can send participants to JRA meetings in which they are not directly involved. In this case, travelling and living expenses will be covered by Networking funds.
